The Organization Regulations were adopted by the Board of Directors on the basis of Articles 716 b and 718 of the Swiss Law of Obligations (OR) as well as Article 17 Subparagraph 2 of the Company’s Articles of Association and stipulate the tasks and powers of the Company’s executive bodies as well as of the active committees of the Board of Directors.
