Industrial Services dividsion

The Industrial Services division comprises the Condecta Group, headquartered in Winterthur (Switzerland), and its subsidiaries in German-speaking and Western Switzerland, Italy and Germany. The company, which was formed in 1959, is one of the leading providers in the area of trading in and leasing of modular space systems, construction machinery and equipment in Switzerland. Mobi-Toil AG, headquartered in Kirchberg (BE), has also been a member of the Condecta Group since 2009 and provides services relating to plastic toilet units to the event and construction sectors throughout Switzerland.

The Condecta Group holds leading market positions in the following markets:

No. 1 modular space systems Switzerland
No. 1 self-erecting cranes Switzerland

No. 2 plastic toilet units Switzerland 

The products and services offered by the Condecta Group, such as modular space systems, cranes, machinery and equipment as well as operating supplies, cater to customers in trade and industry, the administrative sector,  the construction and related industries as well as the event sector. 

A comprehensive services sector covers all types of financing (renting / buying / leasing), maintenance of equipment and machinery as well as the spare parts business.

Sales of modular space systems, cranes and construction machinery account for approx. 50% of revenues, while the remaining revenues are generated by renting out such assets and in the services area.

Modular space systems

 

With several thousand units, Condecta AG is one of the leading providers in Switzerland of modular space systems. The versatile units may be purchased or leased, they are suitable for short- or long-term use, e.g. as office or sanitary containers, office cabins, school buildings, nursery school buildings, locker rooms or retail areas.

Following the takeover of MobiToil AG, Kirchberg, the Condecta Group plays a leading role in Switzerland in the area of event-related activities.

Cranes
Self-erecting cranes with various load capacities and boom lengths of up to forty meters are offered for sale and rent. As they are made of hot-dip galvanized steel, Condecta cranes have a long-lasting life cycle at very low maintenance cost.  The products offered – including freight and passenger lifts and accessories for cranes, the proximity to customers and the high quality of services at extremely attractive prices have made Condecta AG a market leader in Switzerland.  
Machinery & equipment

Condecta AG offers a complete range of construction machinery and equipment for sale or rent. Major products are: security barriers such as mobile fencing, power distribution units, concrete buckets, transport containers, circular saws for building sites and stone cutting machines, floor props as well as the Safe program for the storage and preservation of hazardous materials.
